About Kerry Lynne
Kerry-Lynne is a self taught artist, with a background in furniture re-design, fashion, and family photography.
Her journey has developed over the years, inspired and influenced by her interest in historical photography-processes and printmaking. These are integral to her vision for encapsulating her haunting images of trees and architecture – both here in the UK and abroad, hand gilded in gold, silver, and copper leaf.
Forever pushing her boundaries, Kerry-lynne also works with other photographic genres and media to showcase her unique timeless images.
Recently long-listed for the VAA’s 2024 Visual Artist of the Year Award and Visual Art Emerging Artist Award, she has also exhibited this year at The Open Gallery (Halifax), the Landmark Arts Fair (Teddington), the Flux Exhibition (Marylebone), and The Holy Arts fair (Hackney).
Kerry-lynne is mother to two creative young adults, can often be found out on her bicycle with her camera, or sharing cheese with her ancient lurcher, Penny. She lives in the South Downs National Park, in West Sussex, on the doorstep of where she was born and raised.
